Mam-Mam Restaurant | Bonn - Vietnamesische Gerichte - Gesund & frisch - Breites vegetarisches & glutenfreies Angebot - Nachhaltig
At the moment it is not possible to eat there, so the delivery service can be used. We used the direct route via the website and were more than positively surprised. The food was there at the announced time and, above all, was still very hot, almost as if we had been sitting there. The own delivery service is great, better than Lieferando. So if you want to enjoy the delicious food, you should order directly from the website. Please support the restaurateurs with your orders and enjoy it at home.
The staff are super friendly. The food tasted very good.
A bit of lemongrass, otherwise very tasty.
We discovered this restaurant through Corona. We pick up here or order via Lieferando. We think the portions are good, extra requests are met without any problems. And most importantly, it's really delicious.
Very nice and small restaurant. I found the staff to be very friendly. The food was also very tasty and nicely presented. Small note / criticism: I found the portions very small. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not consistent.
Thank you for allowing us to spontaneously have a table and a wonderful dining experience!
We came because of the many positive reviews and were unfortunately disappointed. My Pho was very lazy and had hardly any taste, the same applied to the sauce of the spring rolls and sauces / spices for seasoning were not on the table. There was a mini portion of sauce with the pho, but it didn't really make a difference. We also found the permanently open doors strange. We are aware that the Corona has to be well ventilated, but sitting in a draft with an outside temperature of 10 degrees is no fun. There must be other options, otherwise it will be very interesting for the guests in winter. Other guests have asked for blankets, but that doesn't seem to be feasible either.
More upscale Vietnamese cuisine. Super nice service, nice and tasty dishes. Family, child, pregnant and vegetarian friendly. Recommendable!
Very nice place. Nicely furnished and cozy too. Unfortunately, the food was not our taste. There was simply a lack of flavor. But everyone likes it differently.
Stylishly furnished, delicious food, nice service!
Very tasty summer rolls and uncomplicated collection.
Delicious but not too extraordinary. Very nice ambience and nice service :)
Stumbled in here by chance and in retrospect I have to say luckily. Very tasty food. They know how to sizzle here. :-)
Didn't get a seat, but the take-away was really delicious. The spring rolls are particularly good. We will definitely come again and reserve a table beforehand ?
Very tasty, Vietnamese food. Also a nice selection of tea and homemade lemonades and ice teas. Friendly waiters and reasonable prices.
Very tasty and good looking. Got a veg here. Spring rolls, a broth and milk rice ordered. Was really delicious and well presented. Service was very nice. Medium price range, paid € 20.
The food is prepared quickly, but I think that at (almost) all other Asian restaurants, the food is served very quickly. The price is cheap to moderate. We would love to come back.
Food was great and the service was very friendly, what more could you want ?
We came here by accident. The food and the service are top notch. Smaller restaurant but very tasty and nicely arranged dishes. The service is very friendly and the prices are good. The best restaurant I have visited in a long time. If we are close again we will definitely come back.
Great food, friendly service and weekly specials
Incredibly good! You don't often find such friendly people and such a cozy restaurant in Bonn. I have rarely eaten such a delicious duck. And above all, dishes with a different interpretation. You won't find that in every Vietnamese. Definitely worth a visit! Reservation is recommended for the small size.
Nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff and good food.
Bad service, small portions. Taste okay. Location nice and calm.
Yum yum. We enjoyed amazing food on the terrace as the kids played. The summer rolls with delicious salad and the crispy duck dish were my highlights, as the kids tucked into homemade chicken nuggets with yam fries and zucchini. Thank you and see you again soon.
Cosy restaurant that serves tasty and authentic Vietnamese food. There are tables inside and outside. A bit on the expensive side of things.
Amazing food!
Great food and service, I like it.
Thanks to Bayanihan Bonn, who in his review of restaurant May-May mentioned this restaurant.
Terrific Vietnamese restaurant! The Pho was great, and the atmosphere beautiful and calming.
Great for vegetarians and vegans
Amazing! We ordered a beef soup with noodles and shared a plate of vegetarian spring rolls. The spring rolls were just just sublime! They were very crispy and tasty. The soup was made with an outstanding broth and the meat was great too. It is rather small and it gets quite busy, so it might be that there is a little bit of a wait. However, if ordering from the lunch menu, the plates are served super rapidly. The service was nice and fast.
good
Really excellent dishes for a descent price. Pleasent resturant. It is best to call and reserve a table, since sometimes it is completely full!
Good and friendly service. Looks like reservations were important even though we did manage to sneak in there. Lieferando was in and out so you can probably order it online as well. Food was pretty good. Got the pho and rice noodles. Could've been hotter. Beef inside was tender. Spring rolls were good but a small portion.
Loved the food! Best pho I've eaten in a while. Friendly and attentive staff. Modern, cozy interior. Reasonably priced.
Just great! The ingredients are really fresh and would taste great on their own, but together they are really better. The whole thing at really fair prices and in a pleasant atmosphere. The authenticity of the Vietnamese food, unfortunately, I can not appreciate, since I was not in Vietnam. But there is nothing at all "Germanized" and I can well imagine that it would not taste better in Vietnam.
The food was OK, but normal sized to small for the relatively high prize. I guess the rent in this noble area is rather high. But therefore you have nice views when you sit outside. The staff was very friendly and fast. Bonn definitely needs more Asian food places!
Very decent Vietnamese restaurant bended for German market.
The food was delicious not too expensive the location is perfect, beautiful quiet not too far away from everything. The service was good as well, we got our food real fast and our waitres was very kind and delighted.
Tasty vietnam dishes. Outdoor-seating available. Nice and friendly staff. I can recommend it
One the best Vietnamese restaurants in town!
Food is good, starters were awesome, some main dishes were great, some not that much. Lemonades are cool, setting outside comes with the downside of fighting flies
Ver nice service and delicious authentic cuisine!
Mam Mam Restaurant is always my favourite place with very good authentic vietnamese foods, drinks and friendly service. To me, it's like a little cozy asian corner in the middle of the european city. Really recommendable! It's better to book a table in advance to be able to enjoy the restaurant atmostphere which is not easy to find here. Only Mam mam Restaurant!
Great place if you like Vietnamese food ?
Awful, awful, awful. Perhaps the most uninspired food I've ever eaten. I would say it tasted bad -- if it'd had any taste to begin with. Like eating paper cooked in water. I ordered takeout with someone. We got a chicken curry dish, a pan-fried rice noodle with tofu dish and two spring rolls. Here's how they were: - Chicken curry: rubbery chicken, watery-thin sauce and the smallest portion of rice I've ever seen - Pan-fried rice noodles with tofu: tasteless noodles in stuck together in a heap with no evidence of being cooked in anything but water, let alone a pan, four(!) pieces of tofu that also seemed to be boiled, not pan-fried, and roasted onions ... in Vietnamese food?!! - Spring rolls: the crispiness of the dough was actually good, but the filling was dry and the "dipping sauce" was ... hoisin sauce. Really one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. I wouldn't subject a starving animal to eating this bland, boring food. Actually, had I known beforehand what I'd be receiving, I would have just boiled some rice noodles and eaten them plain -- because that's actually what I paid for and ate -- and heated up a frozen curry. Terrible.
Well what to say, kind of fine dining but not the feel of real Vietnamese restaurant. Salad was good but Pho kind of plain.
Delicious food and cozy environment. The best spring rolls ever!! Highly recommend.
